The company is managed by Tony Powell who has been involved in the Building and Construction Industry since 1974 originally being trained as a Quantity Surveyor.

Having previously worked for a number of large construction companies and having the experience of site management and qualifications in relation to the construction industry, Tony is well trained and qualified to manage the business.

Tony works personally with each and every client to ensure the work carried out is to their exact requirements and budget.

With four full-time friendly tradesmen, A Powell Building and Maintenance has a professional team, trained and skilled in several disciplines. The business is able to offer a comprehensive range of building and maintenance services for the needs of the Residential or Commercial and Industrial client.

The aim of the business is to deliver high standards of materials, labour and service at reasonable prices. Using only the best suppliers and manufacturers, with personal relationships built up over many years, Tony knows who to trust for the best price and quality. This enables him to pass this on to the client, and hopefully to exceed all expectations.
